Returns & Refunds

  • Can I make alterations to my order after it has been placed?

    If you would like to make alterations to an existing order, please call our customer support team during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am-6pm EST).

    Our ability to alter your order can depend on order status, but we will make a good faith attempt to meet your needs.

  • Am I responsible for return shipping costs?

    Generally, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs for unopened and undamaged products.

    In the event that a shipment is refused at the time of delivery to an address you provided, you will be refunded your order total minus the cost of return shipping.

  • How do I return items by mail?

    Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and with a valid receipt.

    To return an item, please call us and provide details.

    After arranging your return, you will receive an e-mail regarding further steps, and a label to attach to your return shipment.

    Once we receive your return and complete an inspection, you will receive an e-mail detailing your refunds, and any other information needed.


  • Where can Resolvet products be shipped?

    Currently, Resolvet products are shipped to valid addresses* all 50 US states.

    If you need products shipped to Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other US territory, please call us during normal business hours.

    *Must be a valid physical address with no delivery restrictions. Cannot be a PO Box.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Arrival time depends on your chosen shipping method, product stock status, location, and carrier.

    We strive to process all economy shipping orders within 2-3 business days, with allowance of up to 7 business days for carrier delivery.

    For orders with expedited delivery options chosen, we typically ship by the next business day, with carrier delivery based on your chosen service level.

  • I didn’t receive my shipment, what should I do?
    If you have concerns about the delivery of your order, and it has been at least two days past your anticipated delivery date for economy services, please call us.
  • How can I track my order?

    You should receive an e-mail with tracking information within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

    Please be sure to check your spam folder for this e-mail.
